HARVEST & VINIFICATION Hand-harvested in late August, the grapes undergo a short maceration followed by a gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C, using selected native yeasts. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains on its lees to enhance its characteristic aromas and complexity.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: Intense, aromatic, and enveloping with a persistent bouquet.
Palate: Dry, fresh, and well-balanced with a crisp finish. Notes of exotic fruit, white peach, and vanilla add depth and refreshment.
